   Although the pearls were nice, the clasp is not as shown. I did send the product back, but did not get my refund for 30+ days – until I followed up with the company.

   I will say that the very day I followed up with them they gave me credit. I would try them again.

   I was very pleased to find that the pearls were genuine. The bracelet feels very comfortable on the wrist, the clasp, which I was worried about, is not only pretty to the eye, but supple. It goes on easily and you can bend the clasp in easily and out easily. Simple to get on and off. I’ve received a lot of compliments.
